I don't really see this as advertising a lot. He's linking you to a thread on a forum, which has been done many times before, a video on Youtube which is common and a checklist.

I didn't click the links, and I assumed they linked to faqs, which on or off the site, Redemption said is against the rules.

Could someone clear something up please before I start trying to do "this is annex" it says 3+ so...

Does it have to be more than 3, eg. 4 and over
or can it be exactly 3 rounds per match?

Just wondering cause it would save alot of time in the long run if it was only 3???
