Incid, RS campaign mode isn't that fun unless you play co-op with others. You should ask Circuit for some help.

i got halo 2 as my first game for the 360 cuz i dont have xbox
it was fun for a little bit, but when i got 360 games my attention for halo went away, especially cuz it takes time to get good in halo 2 and all people online kept owning me w/ battle rifle and that was *bleep*ing annoying...

Man..Marathon is by far one of the most broken FPS's shooters i have played in my entire life, and what sucks the most i have to beat campaign no matter how many respawns i get to get those achievements =.=;

im on Durandal Planet, and the ammo in this game is incredibly scarce whatsoever

BTW, to get the achievement for beating the game, all you have to do is play the last level on co-op with 3 other people. That's what I did

Im trying to get the I hold no secrets achievement which involves leaving no bob alive, and beating the campaign on Total Carnage. Which is sadly impossible and frustrating to do on either single or max co op.

I don't know if you mean you literally can't do it on co-op or that it's just hard, but I also got that achievement on co-op, and it's not as frustrating as you think. Besides you could just let the other players do most of the work...

Nah, i rather do it myself, im currently on the Big House mission, which remains at least 9 levels remaining, and 4 are said to be incredibly short.
