Can any of you help me with this mission? I got s rank on all other missions except this one,i can only get an a. Help please!

I'd focus on using Hi-Lasers. His light core should fall pretty easily.

I have tried that, ill kill him before he gets off the carrier thing, and i wont even get hit once, but when the mission is over, i have a bleeping a!

It's usually the time it takes to complete mission, the armor you have left (the less you get hit the better), and ammo consumption. See if you're falling short in any of those categories. You could also wait till he activates his core, and seeing if that works.
