Well sence the isn't a question in this thread at the moment, I want to through one up. When the game came out for PS2 and PC it was all fine and dandy (less bots, less inflation, and a whole lot less gil buyers.) So what I want to know is...
1)Where is this game headed and 2)And 360 people going to be put on thier own server for just... idk reasons?  -------------------  | |

I've heard that people playing Final Fantasy XI through the Xbox 360 will be able to play with PC and PS2 players, if that's what you mean.

Well, kinda. I just wanted to really know what is it going to be like with all the bots/gil buyers for xbox360 players playing the game for the first time, and where is this game going to end up on it's downward spiral?

Well..1)
The Xbox 360 version doesnt have better graphics it just render's the alot faster/better. 2) Yeah everything can play FFXI on any console all connected to the same server/game 3) Prices on my server asura are through the roof so i dont know what they will do, probably just the same as the new PC/PS2 people  4) (Said it alot alreadly but what the heck XD) You'll have to pay $12.99 a month for the game and xbox live is free (Xbox live Silver that is) but obviously you'll have to pay for your internet connection ^^ 5) Nah there isnt random battles, but stuff comes over and randomly hits you if your a lower level than it lol 6) Im just gonna warn in this MMORPG, When you die you lose 8% of your EXP, and at higher levels that makes you scared of dying and lose a couple of battles worth ^^. ------------------- you never live for ever... the point of life is death.... maybe its not, maybe...

im new to using xbox ya... well, i dont have 360 yet as its in high demand and low in production i suppose.

The Xbox 360 is in very high demand, I haven't even had a chance to purchase one yet because they sell out as soon as they get them in. But to answer your question I believe the Xbox 360 uses an Ethernet connection to let you play online because it is faster & more up-to-date in technology.

But the content that already exists (and there's a lot of it) has seen a significant visual upgrade since its PC release, so Xbox 360 players will be treated to new lighting effects and upgraded models. Taratarus are still small and Galka are still hulking beastmen, but everything looks much better than it has in the past.
