Alright, I find this so incredibly gay. I beat Larry the butcher to get the final case before the case 'The Facts', and right after it says that case is done with my 'The Facts' expires.

Is there something I'm supposed to do or what, I really don't want to constantly beat Larry and have this happen over and over again.

I think it depends on how long it takes you to beat Larry. Because Carlito is supposed to still be alive by the time you defeat larry, and so if you take too long, he will die and you don't get to move on.

No, I save Carlito. I get the cutscene where he gives me the locket or whatever to to Isabella. When the cutscene is done, the case fills in, and the right after that 'The Facts' case expires.

Try heading back to Isabella. There is supposed to be a cutscene when you are with Isabella at a certain time, so mabey you missed it. Tough luck, dude.

who cares? If you like the game youll play over and over. So right now your getting more replay value and it doesnt matter cause you dont lose your lvl too. SO BAM!

I am an achievement whore, so I will play the game repetitively for the achievements. But when you get to like 14 hours away from beating the story line and this shit happens, it's kind of a heart breaker.

as you continue to play the game and your level gets higher, it gets easier to get toward the end of the game. So if you think of it that way then you will want to keep trying. and besides, you must want to know what happens and what ending you get, right?

Personally, I could never defeat carlito's truck bomb thing, so I gave up and went and did the stuff to get "free play mode" and im having a much more fun time playing "free play" than the actual story.

Well, doesn't getting the true ending(by finishing all the cases and being at the helipad at noon.) get you survival mode? Survival mode is more of what I want for the 3,5, and 7 day survivor achievements.

And how do I unlock freeplay btw?

Also I'm a 37 level due to me getting the zombie genocider achievement, so killing and going through the story isn't really a problem. More a hassle due to how long it takes.

Freeplay Mode

Start a new game and instead of running up the stairs, kill 600 (or more) zombies. When you have killed 600 (or more) zombies, run up the stairs, go to the security room, then to the rooftop. Don't bother rescuing the two people up there. Go to the Warehouse through the door, not the Elevator. You will then see the "Queen Cutscene". Having done so, you have skipped the "Back Up Brad" mission. You now have three days to do whatever you want, rescue survivors, defeat Psychos and accomplish achievements. Once the three days are up and you have made it to the Heliport before time was up, you will receive the "B" ending.

Free play is unlocked by just waiting in the beginning of the game(after the lady lets in the zombies into the mall) until about 6 or 7pm(in real time it should be about an hour or so of waiting time, i think.) and then going up to meet Otis. The back up brad mission is skipped if you go through the door where Natalie would normally be on the roof after going through the air vents.
