Someone help?

I'm trying to get 4 achievements..each of which involve playing online..And when I do find people online, they either don't have mics, or won't respond to my requests. I know it sounds stupid, but could someone help me out? The achievements I'm trying to get are Mook, Hoodlum, Patriot and Bullet Dodger. If anyone else needs these achievements, I can help.
