do you guys think this game will be scary like doom 3?

It does not have the jump outta the dark factor like Doom III, but it is has its moments. My review should be up in a day or two.

I saw gameplay footage and i just might be addicted.

I played through the whole game, and it wasn't scary to me at all. I didn't jump one time through the whole thing... it just wasn't meant to be scary. It was made so that you can kick some Strogg ass, basically.

It's not, really. The only time I jumped was when I was running up some stairs while the lights were flickering on/off and a Berserker appeared out of nowhere right in front of me.

I jumped once, but that was because of a strogg coming up an elevator while I was eating....... not expected

not really because i have got used of these type of games like all of the resident evil games and all of the Quake games so it wasn't that bad for me though it did have some scary bits for some players.

well i was eating chips and a strog shot me no ecxpected:)

Never mind jump'n cause you got scared. try usen the darkmatter gun in a dark part of the game in a dark room(the room your playing in) after being swarmed by the strogg moments ago. get's my adrenaline going.
