I'm wondering the same thing. Phantasy Star costed like $10 a month and was super shitty IMO (Although I only played the online demo). But this game looks awesome and can support a LOT more players in single battles. 10,000 people on a server, 120 in a single battle, 64 against AI. PSU only allowed like 8 in a co-op game lol. I'd be surprised if they DIDN'T have a monthly charge for it.
If they don't require a monthly charge, this game will be HUGE. If they do, then they can forget competing with the big contenders. -------------------

I thought it looked cool, but 120 players at once.. resistance owners will finally stop bragging about their 60.
