They always run away and when I hit them it does no damage and magic misses, how do u defeat them?

Cast Kelolon on them.

you have to cast gamble on them. its a spell that randomly deals out damage anywhere from 1-4000. they only have roughly 1100-1200 hp. so usually one hit of gamble, or two hits will kill them. you get it by completing the toscan village minigame where you go around to each kelelon statue in the village. go into the inn and talk to the kid near the statue upstairs. you have to get all 16 in like 5 minutes. and to make the spell cast faster, use the skill casting support on the user of gamble. that will make them cast it before they flee.

yeah, gamble is the only other way really. with kaim and seth at lvl 50 i can very rarely hit them with a physical attack. and that only does like 450 damage? gambles teh only sure fire way (haha, but not sure fire cause its a gamble^_^) but you know.

did you end up getting gamble? if someone is in your way you just have to go somewhere else and come back and they'll be gone.

no i never got it, the one statue in the house to the left the girl is standing in front of it and will not move and i cant go in there earlier cuz the 2 girls are standing in front of it, its annoying as hell lol

This is pretty old but im just saying.

Of course the girls are standing before it lol because. Thats part of the game. You need to get the remaining, before they go away. if you take the one on the ladder in the city. they go away. if you take that one, the waterfall boy goes away, and the ladder man. (at north)

To get the first ladder girl/man away, get everyone, behind the inn. thats alll.

I found out Gamble was a way of doing it, just from trial and error... But I didn't think it was the only way =/
