ok i have an issue of Tips and Tricks Magazine that has a guide for Resident Evil Deadly Silence and so far everything in it has been helpful except the guide to opening the chests, the first 2 i got open, its the one in the Guard House that won't freaking open i used the thing 4 times and instead of opening the stupid thing resets itself. this is what Tips and Tricks says the combo is

Jill: Blue/Green, Green/ White, Pink/Red, Yellow/Red

Chris: Red/Yellow, Pink/Green, Yellow/Blue, Green/Red


you get shotgun shells from this chest, i am using Jill and am in the Rebirth Mode, i just want to know if its right or if some one screwed up when making the guide for the magazine or if its right, why won't the lock open for me.

oh yeah Richard told me to set the dining room clock to 8:12 before he died..what happens when i do that, i didn't see that in the guide.

You get something from inside the clock or something...can't remember what it is i think its shells.

As for the puzzle i don't remember, could you post the positions, colours, shape of pointers and amount of turns aloud please? I think i can solve it.

you get for turns to get it to open, the colors are white, pink, green, blue, red and yellow as stated with the combos and as for the pointers they look like this \ / or an abtuse angle..i think. its the chest in the guard house

Are those colours in order in a clockwise direction? Also you know the pointer, how many circles does it go past example:

Does it go one hand points to white, gap in the middle where pink is, other hand goes to green.

Also what are the colours of the edges of the circles? (in the same order of how it starts.)

yeah it points to one color gap then another color and the circles on the outside of the dot change color when you poke the dot,lol

What? I need the colours of the rings around the circles in order too.

Why don't you check the walkthrough section of this site? I know there is one there that explains it.

Tried youtube, there is nearly everything on youtube!
