People that are trying to unlock the driving high achievement by driving off ramps, stop now. Go to Garcia Point, in Los Muertos territory. Look around to find a jeep near a fenced off area. Just drive the jeep onto the rocks near the fence and it will unlock automatically

Can you be a little more specific as to which island and building your speaking of? Are you talking about the Shai Gen territory as the third island?
My friend told me that for the Rampage achievement, you have to cause havoc in 60 seconds, go to Garcia Point and then to that big dirt dome building with a few jumps inside of it, where you killed one of the Los Muertos bosses. Go in through the front door and then go all the way to the back right and you will find a row of Los Muertos gang cars. Pop all of the tires on each of those cars with an automatic gun (faster than non auto) and then run back to the front door. There is a van just before getting outside, pop those tires and then make a left and there is a gang car right there, do the usual. He said that's what he did but it didn't work for me but I know he wouldn't make that up, I plan on trying it again later.

I had been trying to get that one for a while now!

Yeah I just did it and it was easy as hell...I only went like half way up the rocks too, haha.

And would this be considered a glitch? I don't think so, it's just bad design on the Creator's part for putting a jeep right next to the altitude required.
