Are you sure it is levels, or is something else?
Well, if you need to level Item World is only reliable source. Disgaea 2 has few "level up" areas. ------------------- ![]()

As Mr.I-don't-like-skulls-anymore said, Item world is your best bet.
BTW, have you reincarnated? If you haven't, then you're gonna be awful. It's basically needed. Just turn on your favorite c.d., and fly through item world a few times. It'll help drastically. ------------------- ![]()

The sack attack has always worked wonders for me, though I think the experience is shared out between them, but I usually make a very strong enemy by piling them into each other so their levels increase, then stack up the team and beat the crap out of them, the levels increase quite a lot, sometimes if you have a weak character you've just reicarnated, you could make a powerful enemy, have a bit of your team weaken it (minus you're strongest and weakest/lowest level) then have your strongest near the enemy, pick up your weakest/lowest level character and hopefully your strongest should beat it in the one punch, giving just the two of you all that experience (considering how big a level your enemy was)
Hope that helped. -------------------

Sorry, there was a typo in there. Stack attack.
It's not hard to understand....it has an example of the stack attack on the back of the box. XD If you're so confused. I'll make an exmaple. Say you've just reicarnated a mage so they are level 1 (or a character who is low level or if you just want to increase the level you are at now). Now go on a level where the enemies are reasonably strong (either the same level as you, or a bit over) and begin to pick one up and throw it at the other one. When that happens, the enemy will fuse with the one you have thrown on it making it's level increase. The stack attack you can pick up your characters and throw them on to each other to make a large pile up of your team, and can have a large attack upon the strong enemy. I really hpope that makes more sense to you. ^^;; -------------------

What? I still like skulls, I just do not like their new design...
Any way, Felonies are another way to help gain ExP. Each felony on a player gives a +1% to ExP. This may not sound much, and sounds less desirable since only one person can get a felony at a time... Or can they? Throw a tower of characters in the Prinny court and all will get the felony 'bonus'! You may not have to go for the 300% cap, but a good 15-30% EXP bonus is nice. ------------------- ![]()

Hmm, that sounds like a good idea. I'll have to try that eventually.

Awww crap, why didn't I think of that >_< Only Adell has a felony, I coulda made a BUNCH of characters with felonies dammit V_V
Meh, early on (when I make new characters), what I did was go to that 3-2 world, use two gunners, the mage, the sage, and the archer to kill the nearby enemies, then send someone (via throw) to destory the geostone to get like 700+ combo.....It usually levels up my weak level 1 characters to about 3 - 5 in one go ^_^;; Plus (depending on whether I get a treasure chest) it gives you 8 - 9 Bonus.... But the stack attack would be better... -------------------
