How about an airborne aircraft carrier? Somewhat like the Arkbird, aircraft can simply slide out the back by the drag of a small detachable parachute, similiar to the Massive Ordnance Air Blast bomb (MOAB). Planes may also 'land' back into the aircraft. Of course, all of this would occur far from the engines.

Your idea sounds like one of the bosses in Okami, except much larger, of course, and built by the military.
Orochi, the boss I mentioned, is an eight headed serpent, each head with a different element, the elements being: dark, light, fire, water, earth, wind, lightning, poison. (By the way, play Okami. It's long and its good.)


How about a deathray, like the kind the Japanese were trying to build during World War II. Basically a giant microwave, capable of periodic radiations of extreme heat for both offense and defense. This would go great with some of those previous ideas.

I see...
This one took a while to think up. Earthquake generator, uses multiple explosions to create a resonating wave in the ground. Set-up requires infiltration and stealth. Capable of destroying ground units over a widespread area, however, it is indiscriminate and unsuitable for use near cities.
I wonder what Ace Combat would be like with all of these weapons in it.
