It has been noticeable lately that members/guests are often involving themselves in arguments and lately have even began to insult other members over their opinions.

Please be advised.
All site rules apply.

In addition I would like to point out several specific rules that may/may not be in the general forum rules.

1. No Swearing. There's no need for this. Everyone that participates should not have any problems being able to express their opinions without resorting to foul language.

2. No Memborating. There may not be a dedicated moderator set to this forum yet, but if anyone feels there are any issues that require moderation, please bring it to my attention by reporting problem posts or sending me a private message via Neo pm.

3. No spamming/flaming. Do not request or reply with short one word or simple minded responses. Also do not insult other members for their opinions that they may share, and in fact, there is no need to insult people period. Bans will be swift and harsh for this. This is a community forum, and we all share it. Hazing other members will not be tolerated at all.

4. No duplicate topics. Please search through the forum for existing topics before creating a new thread.

5. Stay on topic. Follow a threads subject as the guide for the thread's discussions. If you wish to discuss something else, either do so in an existing thread for that topic, or create one if need be.

6. Please remember, this forum is for Sega GT 2002. If you are coming to spread disent on this title, or here to rave that this title or that title is better, you should leave now. Intelligent discussion/negative mature commentary is one thing, but bashing and flaming is another. Bans will be swift for violators to keep the peace.

7. Discrimination - No discriminatory comments based on race, sexual preference, or any other of any other kind will be tolerated. Bans will be immediate and carry maximum penalty without further warning.

8. Remember, we are all guests to the forum, and should attempt to be on our best behavior at all times. The forums will be very rewarding for everyone and these simple easy to follow rules will help insure that.



In the case of violations to the rules, your posts/replies may be removed/edited and kept for evidence that can be used against you should the case ever arise. Please also remember, if you receive a ban, do not attempt to bypass it or will be subject to permanent site ban. Guest, you can be banned via your ip, and if you prove to be problematic, your actions will be reported to your ISP.

Other Information. Attempted to contact member before ban was issued, but member appears to be newer and may not be aware of Neo Pm system yet. There is no excuse however for this type of behavior and it will not be tolerated.
A repeat of this will result in next occurance in a 10 to 20 day ban.
