I don't think anyone can deny the hard ass which is Wrex. I think he is so popular with most members that I think he deserves his own thread.

In fact:

I've never used Wrex.

I always use Ashley and Garrus. Garrus for salvaging and decrypting things, and Ashley because the assualt rifle is a really good back-up for my play style.

Wrex is my most hated character, I very rarely use him. He's a total ass, who also looks like an ass (or more like a 2 legged iguana). Not to mention, he runs like someone competing in the paralympics.

Wrex is one of my favorites, if anything because his backstory is so damn interesting. Plus he pretty good to have in our party considering he is pretty much an alien vanguard.

Ya I like Garrus the most personality-wise but I haven't really used him to fight much. Wrex does say some funny stuff. Same as Liara.

Yeah,I got Wrex and Garrus in my party all the time this play through because I'm ruthless,and how can you be ruthless without being sexist?

Anyway,he is a hardass but I agree that when he speaks he knows what he's talking about (wise I guess,but I don't like calling him wise) and his cynacism is awesome.

I vaguely remember (the way I remember most things) a conversation between Wrex and Garrus in one of the endless elevator rides that went a little something like this:

Garrus: I have to say Wrex,I was taught to believe to think you're people were nothing but blood-thirsty savages.

Wrex: Turian propaganda; it's easy to hate something after you demonize it.

Garrus: I wonder just how much of what I was taught was true.

Wrex: Maybe you should just stay on the Normandy kid. If you keep travelling outside you just might have to learn something
