You have to do the love subplot. Depending on your gender you have to talk to a certain party member after every major mission, be nice to them and then it'll trigger the cutscene near the end of the game.

Well, its simple.
First you find someone you love and adore, then you smack them around the head with a bat, and shazam!
Easy sex.
(Just keep them fed.)

Go onto the corner at night and look around for women smoking cigarettes and wearing mini skirts and the like.

use the map to find the consort area (across from embassies) do a mission then say "is that it" after a poem and enjoy the view XD
