Spy's and mercs weapons.

hey, i think multiplayer is great, and i was wondering what you might change about it.
mine would be so the mercs have to choose whether to have a motion sensor or a drone cus the motion sensor gets a bit anouying.
i think there should be an upgrade for the spies so u can have a knife or something like that.
what do u think?

it would be cool to have a knife but it would only be used to cut a paper wall or a fence or a finishing move on the merc. it would be unfair for the mercs if a spy just runs up to them and stabs them. but a knife could be usefull

I agree it could be useful, and would only be used for killing when the mercenaries neck is already grabbed anyway. It would be valuable to use in situations where you needed to pop vents open, cut fences, and other things like that...

honestly, this is the first splinter cell multiplayer that i DONT want to change. except for the way you play matches; it should have a dedicated server set up, much like halos matchmaking. i hate doing really good as a merc only to have the host, who is on the spies, end the session. it really sucks. but i think some cool downloadable stuff should come in. like the artic suit for the spies, some cool stuff for mercs...just things so not everyone looks exactly the same. the only in game thing i would want to change isthe generators; they make things too easy for the merc. any time a light is turned off, the mercs can just turn it back on. its not worth the time as a spy.

Lol you guys are all noobs.. A knife would make it so unfair... They could attack from anywhere.. The spies and the merc are really well balanced.. bottomline.

Got to agree with jimichus on this one, the knife would make the game unfair

spys are meant for stealth in this game, with an occasional neck snap if needed
