What gives?

I don't get it. What will happen if the trust bar goes all the way on one side? Does the mission fails? Or do I have to do something bad? Im this close into going into that situation. /

primary objectives push the meter to one side.
use oppertunity objectives to compensate.
when the 2 factions primary objectives oppose each other be mindful who you choose.if the meter goes towards one side too far you will be asked to perform a special task in a certain amount of time,if you fail that game over.
trust also affects equipment
JBA=LETHAL WEAPONARY
THIRD ECHELON=NON-LETHAL DEVICES.
keep the trust in the middle and you will be given a healthy compliment of both lethal and non-lethal.
by the way there are three different endings depending on your percentage of trust to each faction during the game.

I have another question. Me and my buddy are stuck in the Base level in co-op (the one where we have to escape due to failing cooling sytem). We are stuck in this 1 spot where gas is coming out from the top filling the way to the hallway. We tried rolling thru but we instantly died. Any ideas?

try this if not right
ask again whith which level.

[1]for first steam barrier,throw agent over,he should then turn the valve on the other side to shut off this steam.
[2]at the gate.boost one agent over.he should turn the valve in the alcove,so the other agent can crawl thru the duct leading there.
[3]for high steam barrier crouch under it.
[4]for tall steam barrier,boost one agent up to the pipe above.
he should reach the other side and turn the valve there.
[5]for final steam barrier,sidle thru the narrow space between the pipes and the wall.watch out for the periodically leaking steam!!!.
