well you must fight to lvl yourself up. And to lvl the sword up, u must trade. Try practicing dodging his attaks and slash. eventually he will die. I advise you to use the broadsword since its a lot faster to attack and easier to use.

when I was just starting out I would just destroy the monster generators and not even fight the monsters. If there's a generator close to another room you can run out of the room and destroy the generator before it generates a monster, and if it does generate a monster you can just leave the room and when you go back in the monster is gone.

Just go in, fight ONE monster, and leave.

Keep doing that till' your strong enough to defeat the machine.

Then, move unto another, and another, and before you know, it, you beat the boss.

yes...2-handed swords are slow and lack def but there power is better...i beat all the caves with a 2-handed sword except kasmir ruins i used the watering can(lionpot)

How do I even get the pass to a dungeon? I can't figure it out.
