I saw in a video that if your being bitten you can stab a zombie before they bite you, but how?

Each character gets two defensive weapons. Jill gets daggers and the tazer. Chris gets daggers and stun grenades.
Mind you, the stun grenades are a lot more lethal than the name suggests. He sticks them into zombies' mouths. They then explode blowing their head off. You can also shoot the grenade to blow their head off early. -------------------
