Diablos is dragon,right?so is Eternal Strife good for killing Diablos?

Diablos is more weak towards water so a water element weapon would do better.

Right now I need to do the Four Horns which I found very tough to do, online or offline. I don't know what I should use though, the Frost Edge or the Poison Battle Axe? The Frost Edge offers the water element damage, but not very good sharpness and little damage compared to the Poison Battle Axe. What would do better? The PBA or the Frost Edge?

Well at the moment pba would do you better, but if you got frost edge+ that'd be alot better.

or if u want g swords u could get finblade and get a plesioth (watersword or if upgraded further waterblade) lots of water there

so where can i get the white monoblos shelll to make the frost blade
