Glad to hear positive remarks on the game. I was leaning toward The Darkness as my next game purchase, but then I heard of Vampire Rain, and am waiting to see/hear how this compares. So far it's MUCH more promising.

Hello, I am Jak66. I have rented this game and took it back after one hour of play. I thought this game was suppose to be about Vampires, not zombies!
This game is just a cheap ripoff of Splinter Cell, only as crappy as it comes. Movement makes you want to throw the controller at the wall, shooting is audio destroyed, graphics are completely terrible, the vampires have the same movement and strategies as enemies from Evil Dead: A fistful of boomstick, and the vampires look exactly like zombies and walk exactly like them. You die in 2 swipes if your lucky, and aiming your gun is something pulled from a super nintendo game. Apart from that horrible stuff, character dialogue simply makes you want to skip each and every cinematic, and the characters sound as if they are all mentally retarted. Online was "okay", but got very boring since no one plays online at all. I was able to get into a two player match after searching for online games for over 2 hours! ------------------- ![]()

other than camera issues I liked this game. The sneeking around avoiding detection was fun. kinda feels like you're playing Snake Pliskin's cousin (Metal Gear reference) seeing victims and people transform is pretty kewl hopefully somebody comes up with an invisiblity cheat in the near future P.S.

Well, looks like I'm going to be another bad guy here. Wish I never committed to buying this one. It sounds like a cool idea, and that's what it is a cool idea. It should have stayed that way.
P.S. Iroquois Pliskin was the coolest cheesy reference ever in a game:P ------------------- There's a hole in the world Like a great black pit And filled with people who are filled with sh** And the vermon of the world inhabit it.

the game wasn't the worst game created, but somewhat near..well, for the 360. it was Ok, but just nothing compelling, and it was like playing the same stage on Metal Gear or Splinter Cell over and over again. The Characters made no sense when triggering an intermission sequence, and you would die really easily, no chance at tht. So the concequence was pretty much, "sneak, or DIE"
