When you get to Redmond you see a guy standing in front of the harbormaster cottage.You deal with his issue and when you decide to hire him it pops up a dialog saying "what can you do for me if i hire you" or something like that.Bloom says he has friends that can help and so on.
I kept him as my officer and took him everywhere but nothing happened.
Is this another bug or just a stupid dialog?
Or is the mercenary quest related to this guy?
