I had no problem with that fort! I had 4 ships! 3 battleships and 1 friggate (Mefisto),it was pretty simple... Shoot with bombs!

Oh and I forgot to tell you that you have to leave Daniell near the Lighthouse,if not you wont be able to take out the fort!

She will tell you first about the assault(when you kill all the guards in the lighthouse and go outside). After that,there will be two options for you to choose,I think.

The first one is,to tell her,that you are ready to attack the fortress.

The second one is,to tell her,that you are not ready to attack the fortress and that you need to get much stronger. If you select the first option,you will find yourselfe on 3d ship and you will have to attack the fortress,since there is NO MAP option to select. And if you select the second option that you are not ready yet,she will say FINE,and will come with you,but will tell you that you need to drop her off near the lighthouse,when you are ready,before you start attacking fortress.

So I think you will destroy the fortress easy with 1 battle ship and few other ships. Just make sure you have good cannons installed. 24ibs or 12ibs.


I love more 24ibs. I love stonger cannons then ranged one's. I want to know that when i fire with cannons that i will kill *hit out of the enemy ship


Oh and if it you still cant do it,just keep trying... I think i didn't succed in first try too,but in like 3rd or maybe even 2nd...

dude upgrade ur cannons aight then train and get all class 4's. attack english ships and get loot and just get a hell lot of money its easy

Okay i have the same problem

I tryed taking the fort but no use i have like 2manowars (1st)
and 2Battleships and i cant do it :/ theres a sum sort of abiliety called - Landing party - does it do sumthing?(in 13patch)

oh and if u want to get a ship i advise u to buy officers well about 3 and go taking other ships , like grappel on to sum big ship and assign officers than sell them to shipyard thats what i like to do , i took with my beggining 5lvl ship a 2lvl frigate and then others , so iff u know how to melee its realy easy

i can help you here-with the greenford fort-don't just attack it!!!! you need to land on the lighthouse bay and talk to dandielle first then it will work-hope this helped
