I've seen quite a few threads here from people who are stuck looking for a smuggler named Ferro Cerezo after being told to go to Conceicao by the priest at Isla Muelle.

The problem - unsurprisingly - is poor coding by the Akella team. Although the priest tells you to go to Conceicao, and even though the tavern owner there tells you Cerezo is in his establishment, Ferro Cerezo is actually in the tavern at Isla Muelle. Yes, the damnable priest was lying to you! You don't even have to leave the island.

Just thought I'd post this for the benefit of people who were tearing their hair out for as long as I was by stupidly - gasp - going where the game tells you.

Huh? What are you talking about?? I went to the tavern at
Conceicao, and, I talked to the tavernkeeper and he
said the man sitting by the door is Ferro Cerezo. Right
there. On Conceicao. How do you mean that he was at Isla Muelle?

Ferro isn't at the tavern on Isla Muelle either. Or maybe I show up at the wrong time of day. Does he even exist in the game other than as a name? What exactly do I need to do between getting the task of finding him and actually finding him? Simply going to the tavern once the priest has asked me to seek out Ferro is not enough.

Actually that is a big BUG.
Sometimes he's in Conceicao and sometimes in Isla Muelle
Once i entered the tavern in Coinceicao and asked for him.The bartender told me his is by the window and SURPRISE - there was no one there:#
