When you get to episode 2, there are naked women everywhere. Why are they naked and wrapped in green tentacles? Are the aliens trying to have sexual experiments with them? Also, why does the game have a low sexuality level? From seeing those naked women, it should be a rather high level.

if you play Duke Nukem enough, they there just because they are damsels in distress and the plot revolves around saving the babes. The reason this has a low sexual level is because it was released back in 1994 and that type of things could not be in games at the time. I also kind of wonder why the aliens have themt too but, it is just a game, a good game at that.

The reason Duke is back is because the Aliens are trying to mate with the babes trying to make a super alien race! That is why there are these women everywhere!
