anyone got cheats for earth worm jim 3d it's just my little brother wants cheats because he got stuck in the game so can anyone help?

i'm not sure if it is really a cheat as such, but if, at the title screen, you hold down "z" and press "C-up", "C-down", LEFT then i think that earthworm jim becomes small
