okay i have a nvidia geforce 4 ti4200 agp8x 128mb, my ? is when every i go and play bf desert combat like in desert sheild my graphics get all well i can see through stuff, i cant see the ground i just see right threw it, hmm the graphics just get all screwed up, do you know what is happenging?? i haven t installed any mods or anything for it, if that helps.

I had a TI-4200 and a 9200SE and they both did it! 9200SE was much worse though. I finally upgraded to a 9600XT and it no longer does it. I think it is called "texture flickering" when this happens. It may be a AGP slot issue or a motherboard BIOS/drivers issue. I recommend you upgrade your vid card for this problem.

Get a 9600XT. It's a great card and you get HL2 for FREE! You won't regret this purchase, especially if you get a good deal on it. I paid $200 retail and I think it was worth every penny. Plus, I sold my TI-4200 on eBay for $100.

Dudes, you dont need to buy a new video card right away, I had this too with the new 5x.xx forceware drivers from nvidia, but I now installed the 53.03 ones and it all runs fine now.
