Moltres' Fire Blast is alot stronger than Mewtwo's Psychic. But Mewtwo is better anyway as it can get Amnesia.

Mewtwo is better than everything in R/B/Y, since he gets amnesia.But he can be stopped by a slowbro that also knows amnesia, except if he has thunderbolt.

Mewtwo can also be stopped by a Chansey with Toxic, Light Screen, Seismic Toss and Softboiled.

Not if he has toxic, recover, rest and submission.This moveset would destroy any chansey.Noone uses it though, but it doesnt matter, I just posted this to show that mewtwo > chansey.

Since noone uses that, it means that there's no use to counter it as noone uses it. So it's not cheap.

This crappy moveset was just posted to show that mewtwo > chansey.That moveset isnt cheap.I just pointed out that mewtwo > all, and chansey.Mewtwo = cheap.

Mewtwo can't beat Chansey without a crappy moveset, and if it DOES use a crappy moveset, he gets beaten by other Pokemons.

This Mewtwo losses to a Chansey with:

Rest
Light Screen
Growl
Toxic

Mewtwo would not lose to this chansey.He'd just use rest when chansey uses toxic.Not to talk about toxic's accuracy, which is lower than 100%.

Chansey would stall Mewtwo until he's forced to use Rest even at full health, so when he runs out of Rest, Chansey will use Toxic.

OK, maybe this chansey would waste mewtwo's PP.But the people can switch.The people would switch to something else and kill this wothless chansey.Then they send out mewtwo again.
Now what?

Switch Chansey away if they send something else out.

Let's say it's a tauros with horn drill, fissure, double-edge and body slam.Each time you switch chansey, tauros will get a free chane to use a OHKO move.If you send out something faster, tauros will either kill it with double-edge or paralyse it with body slam and kill it with horn drill.Then they'll bring mewtwo out in battle again, you're gonna have to send out chansey, then they'll send out tauros, another free chance for OHKOs, etc.
