Where did you get 6 mewtwo's from?
That isn't a good team, a strong, well rounded team could beat it easily. I won't choose a team for you but the basic build-up shud be
Electric,
Water/Ice,
Fire,
Grass/Bug,
Psychic/Ghost,
Fighting/Rock/Ground.

Just catch a Mewtwo, raise to to level 100, trade it to Gold or Silver, duplicate it until you get six Mewtwos and then trade them back to this game, and you'll have six Mewtwos.

And one of the Mewtwos alone would sweep most teams.

He could just catch a Mewtwo in his Blue version, trade it to his Red, restart, catch Mewtwo again and then keep repeating until he has 5 Mewtwos. Then he could just catch his Mewtwo in his Red version and he'll have 6.

Sure they would sweep most teams, but most people ban the use of Legendaries when battling versus them in real life. Not to mention I am pretty sure that if anyone was somewhat of a clever trainer they would have a counter versus Mewtwo or any other Legendary for that matter.

Toxic, Double Team, and Recover moveset taught to a Non-Legend can be devistating even to Mewtwo.

Since there are six Mewtwos, not all of them need to be sweepers. One could be a Rester or something to deal with these Mewtwo counters.

Gengar/Mew (i caught it using the long winded cheat which means i also raised it from a level 5)

This team works great for me although i wish i had taught Arcanine dig instead of Golem. And you should give speed boosting items (carbos?? i cant remember) to slow 'mons like Blastoise and Golem.
