Then Go To The Safari Zone (Fushia City) Pay The Money. Then He'll Ask You "Are You Leaving Early?" Say Np. You'll Go Back In. Then Save And Turn Off Your Game. Turn It Back On And When You Try To Leave Instead Of Saying "Are You Leaving Early?" He'll Say "Welcome To The Safari Zone. For Just Five Hundread You Can Catch All The Pokemon You Want. Would Like To Give It A Try?" Say No. Then Go To ANY Route (I Prefer Alongside Cinnabar Island). After That Waste About 500 Steps. Then You'll Hear "Ding-Dong Your Safari Game Is Over." You'll Be Transported Back To The Safari Zone. He'll Say "Did You Get A Good Haul?" (Umm What Haul) Then When You Leave You'' Be In Glitch City. You Can ONLY Escape By Flying Out.

Actually Tentacool Tentacruel and Shelder appear when you surf.

i heard glitch city is near sea form isand on map. i also heard you can walk on water in glitch city

Yeah. You can walk on water. It's just the game may freeze up and erase all your data.

There are many glitch city and in 1 of them, when you walk in front of the entrance of a cave you get stuck there

you can just surf there after s.s anne leaves.
(make sure you have surf)
