You can't bring him back. It really doesn't work. And you can't double post topics. And please, no offense, but if possible try and speak English properly and work on your grammar. It was a bit hard to understand what you were saying.

You could use cheats to add him to your party,but there's no actual way to put him back in your party otherwise .

You can get General Leo's "Shock" move with Gau though. Just Leap on the enemy Yojimbo in the Veldt (Yojimbo can be found originally in Kefka's tower). Then give Gau the Master's Scroll relic and use Yojimbo's rage and he will fight just like General Leo.
