Anyone know if its possible to change the language of the game menu's etc?

I was given my cousins italian copy of the game and dont understand it, is there a way to convert to english?

I have figured out that i would probably need the pc.pkv file from the english version. could anyone put up a copy?? Or let me know if theres a place i could get it?
