It isn't about what I'm looking at so much as the immersion for me. The more like me the character looks the more in the game I feel. If not that then I try to create what I would like to look like within the confines of the world the character inhabits. Besides it's not like I'm staring at the physical features of the character anyway. 10 years ago maybe, but I have moved beyond pixelated rear ends. Not to mention I almost always assume that the "woman" I'm looking at in the game is either really a guy on the other end. Or they are underage or fugly. After all games are fantasy and a fugly chick could make herself exactly how she would want to look. The kind of look that most guys would want.
