You can try asking Jeff Rubenstein, he is the social media manager and he post's a lot at the playstation blog. Im sure he would know who you have to talk too.

I follow Jeff Rubenstein on Twitter and I don't think he's the right guy to go to tbh. All he really is is the face of the PS Blog. He's an interviewer and the Blogs PR guy. I'm sure there's someone higher up you could contact.
