Lu Bu is considered a fool because of his uncontrolled anger shown at the battle at Xia Pi Castle. He treated his men as though they didn't matter and eventually paid the price. When you compare him to someone such as Cao Cao you can see why he is related to as a fool. Lu Bu had a good force by his side with Chen Gong as a fine strategist and was unable to do anything with it besides steal a castle from Zhang Fei.

Now im not saying he wasnt a fine warrior, he surely was but brute force alone doesnt win battles and its unfortunate that some will remember him because of his foolish mistakes.

i dont think either are fools, i think Pang Tong is funny, and i think Zhang Jiao is a fool along with Wei Yan

Zhang Jiao is a fool. Lu Xun however is cute Luvin Zhou Yu And Wei Yan at the moment

That doesn't necessarily make him a fool, it just makes him seem horrible. I for one think Liu Bei was foolish for not heeding Zhuge Liang's advice after Guan Yu's death and going to fight Wu.

Cao Cao wasn't around to witness Sima Yi's scheming, he was already dead. It was mainly Cao Rui's fault that Sima Yi was able to get away with schemeing, not Cao Cao's. And I personally think that Lu Bu was the biggest fools for aforementioned reasons.

Sun Ce: For trying to eliminate the local people's champion, Yu Ji, just so that he could rule over them.

Sun Quan: For fighting against Shu and weakening the alliance. Dont get me wrong, Im glad he did it since Im a Wei-ist, but it was definitely a bad move for him. Also, replacing Lu Xun because of personal reasons was a horrible move. The Quan got a little nuts in his old age I guess.

Dong Zhuo: Every move was perfectly planned out. He had the chance of a lifetime to seize power and become 'the one to pull the strings', but by incurring the wrath of literally everyone around because of his replacement and treatment of the Emperor, he caused himself to lose power. In fact, he almost pulled it off even after that, except for the whole Diao Chan thing. That was very foolish to piss off his main man, Lu Bu.

Lu Bu: for not listening to Chen Gong

Wei Yan: For trying to rebel against Shu without Wei's help

Zhuge Liang: For not checking to make sure it wouldn't rain when he planned his fire attack against Wei.

Liu Bei: He thought he could defeat Wu. He thought he could defeat Wei.

Zhang Fei: For beating his own men too much. It was bound to come back to him someday.

Above All:
Cao Cao: For trying to unite the country with almost nothing to start with And he almost did it too; thats what makes him so amazing.

I also agree to Dong Zhuo being a fool but Lu Bu eh... that pretty absurd.
