How do u make custom maps i see some ppl making LOTR and other movies and many things and im wondering how they do it?

try GtkRadiant i dont know if i should rate it though i dont have time to make one so it just sits on my hard drive you can get it at http://www.qeradiant.com/ its not fully compatible with JK2 but it works i hope this helps
