every time i click on startup to install halo 2 a message comes up saying The procedure entry point EncodePointer could not be located in the dynamic library KERNEL32.dll. can someone please tell me what this means and how to fix it!!!

ok nvm i got halo 2 installed but now when i try to play it another error message comes up saying "This application has failed to start because xlive.dll was not found.Re-installing the app;ication may fix this problem." i re-installed heaps of times but the same prob occurs, any ideas on how to fix this?

well first off you need windows xp service pack 2, once you have that you should download halo2xp_v.03 and then you should be fine, halo2xp is an easy to use program its all self-explanitory.

i recently obtained HALO 2. i have a windows xp system and halo just wont work on it and its driving me crazy. it would be great if someone could post the exact instructions for how to download halo 2.
