Well i'm not saying the customization is bad OR good

it's just there's not too many choices i thought if you buy a caracter, all of that caracter's pieces would be avaliable to use it, but i was wrong, you just have the Storm trooper helm or the snow trooper chest,

And you can't also change colors, the hair is always pink

if those rules didnt exist id make this

I haven't purchased all the characters but I have some questions. Mostly just played through and used the free ones, Greedo, Stormtrooper, and Jawa.

No you can only use the items in the game not the first lego game.
