Cheaper look-a-like |
|
I really like this jacket thing, but I'm definately not gonna pay 110 dollars for it, so I was wondering if anyone knew of anything tat looked like this but was cheaper? (Preferably red/black, but either is nice)

I've seen hoodies that got the same design but I forgot where, I'd check Hollister I guess, or anything similar to there clothing.

Its actually not that expensive. I don't know about you guys but $100 is pretty much the minimum you have to pay for a decent jacket.

quote bad ass$100 American? A good jacket around here can be bought for about $30 - $60 ... Unless it's a brand-name jacket (but their quality is usually no better than cheaper ones). [color=#666666]This message was edited by Gothic Girl on Nov 16 2007. -------------------

Whoa, seriously Roz?! Around here it's the same as what Bad Ass says, £50 ($100) is pretty much the minimum to get a decent coat, unless you can find a nice fitting one at Primark. I hate buying coats, just because they are so expensive...

Actually, I've changed that. It'd be about $30 and upwards.
I don't know many people who buy $100 coats though, unless it's at a pricey store. Most decent coats sell around the $50 - $70 mark here, but there are plenty of cheaper ones around. Most of my coats are around $40 - $60. -------------------

Honestly, the "cheapest" store I am willing to shop at (Yeah I do feel like a pompous ass now that I make some good $$$) is probably something like Guess, and the jackets there start at about $100. Personally I think its not really that far fetched to spend $150 on something [link name=like this]http://www.guess.ca/ProductDetails.aspx?style=MP73WPEA&image=MP73WPEA-BLK&category|762=Outerwear&browse=1&root_category|754=Men[/link]. I mean, maybe buy cheaper stuff if you are a kid and still growing, but I buy pieces that will last more than just a season and will not go out of fashion, and the mid to higher end designers seem to make them pretty well so if you are spending $150 for a coat that you can wear for 4 winters and assuming winter is 2 months and you need to wear a coat 5 times a week (this is bare minimum, up here its already snowing and will continue till late february) that is less than $4 that you are paying every time you wear it.

That doesn't seem expensive for a jacket, as most good qualitee ones are about that much >.>
I bought mine for £250, for instance (which is just crazy, but it was a nice jacket :B) But yeah, there are a lot of hoodies and things with a similar pattern, if you're buying it for the look not the function~ AND GOD BAD ASS, SORT OUT YOOR LINK TAGS :3 ------------------- ![]()
