The determined mind that brought you the original concept of the Neoseeker Modeling Competition has gotten together with a few others to get this fantastic competition under way. Below is a brief explanation of what this competition is about and how it will be carried through. If you want to Sign Up for this Competition, then please post below stating your interest.

Please note that these details aren't set in stone. Some things may change, and a lot of what is flexible will be molded around how many participants we get. At the moment however this is a preliminary setup of how things will go. If you have any questions about this then you can feel free to PM myself, snowfox dreamer or All Knowing who are also currently organizing the competition. You may also simply post your questions here.

We will have 5 Categories in this competition, in which each participant will submit a picture of themself. They are: Action, Casual, Formal, Headshot, and Style. Each Category will be attached to a Round. For example the first round will be to submit a picture of yourself for the Action Category. The Judges will then critique all entrants submissions and there will then be an elimination. Yes thats right, the lowest scored for the round will be eliminated ala American Idol/America's Next Top Model.

Now as said the number of participants that we enter this 5 Round Competition is still up in the air, as it will largely revolve around how many enter. We want to be fair in this competition, allowing as many to enter as we can, so for now lets just say that there will be 10 participants to enter the final phase.

Each of the 10 participants will enter a photo based on the category for that round. The bottom two scores for that round would then be eliminated, and we would continue to the next round. Each round two contestants would be eliminated until we get to the final category, in which two members would be left. The highest score would then obviously win the entire competition.

I'd defenately up for something like this. I think any kind of competition/forum activity is an awesome way to show creativity and attract people to the forum. To be completely honest, I didn't even really know this forum existed, so I totally support something that could possibly add to the recognition of this community.

yeah, it sounds better if you do it in rounds. it will be easier just doing one pic at a time rather than all at once

btw, how proffessional do the pics have to look or does it not matter? will i have to get my sister to be my photographer haha.

We'd prefer something more current, but if you have something that you feel really meets the criteria, pose considered, go for it.
