Yes individual soldiers adapted their own weapons like this but it was not standard.

Or are you refering to the 64 round clip? If so this did exsist aswell, it was introduced to counter balance the Russian PPsh-41 71 round drum mag.

it could be the 64 round clip, i don't know. but i'm pretty sure when the bonus came up it was for the dual clip.

Your refering to the two 32 round clips strapped together then. Yes many soldiers adapted clips in this way for faster reloads, as I said this was not standard issue. BTW the 64 round clip is the next mp40 upgrade.

ok, i have just been getting the first upgrade for all the weapons. but the stg44 has to be my favourite, or the garand or the Gewehr 43.

You want to know any of the other later upgrades for any weapons?

Well you get a rifle grenade attachment for the third upgrade for both the M1, kar98 and Springfield, you get a detachable scope for the StG44, you used the BAR yet? its easier to use once you get the cuts-compensator, the BAR also gets two clips strapped together.

I also love these upgrades.

My favourite upgrade would have to be the reflex scope on the german machine gun.

i generally don't use the BAR. not as much ammo:P but thats because i am trigger happy i think.

the grenade attachment sounds sweet. time to whip out the garand again i think.
