Ye, i too, have noticed that all of the low mages give out better cards. If what i hear is true, black skull dragon can be obtained form low meadow and moutain mage.

How can I get starchips faster?

Cool...If you go to that site and look at the pick with the alot of monsters on it you can see a mirror force in the left hand corner. You can get starchips faster by defeating easy people in S Pow.
