no its not its just 1500 i think well i bought it and only have 6000sc and its not that good its just a space taker till i get ss or anybody ealse

(of course you could always buy the THTD for a few more star chips, but that is easily won off of any Heishin or final bosses)

it's seiyaryu guys. and he costs 1700 scs. he's a welcome addition to a mid-lvl deck. don't underestimate him. his two signs are nice, sun and neptune. both popular signs against moon and mars monsters which are all over the place.
