	trust me man 78 times is nothing compared to what some people have to do to get rare cards on this game. Just keep trying him I swear to you he gives it out ive won one myself and so has just about every person on this site.

	Most of the cheat websites ive been on says that you can only get it of seto 2nd.

	Yeah.. none of us have gotten one from Seto 2nd. I've come to find that website information on this game, isn't real. Forum information, is different, because its real people, who are trying the same things as you, that can help.

	right in the middle of my 97th and I still haven't gotten it. He did give me THTD on my 76th. I'll try going to 129.

	Zoa Duelist won BEWD on his 129th duel, but it doesn't mean you will win it in the same duel. It depends totally on your luck. Just keep dueling and you'll get it. Maybe in 20 duels, or maybe in 200. Try to win on S & A-Pow's and I promise you'll get it. If you win most of the duels on D, B, C-Pow you probably won't get it.
