Can someone instruct me how to use gameshark or something for PS1 emulator i downloaded pec too but how to use it help me!(sorry for bad english)

For example, using PEC with Forbidden Memories:

- Open the emulator. Config -> Video -> Select "psx emulation cheater X.X". -> Configure -> In the GPU Plugin tab, select the video plugin you use. I use Pete's Plugin.



- File -> Run ISO / RUN CDROM or whatever.

- Before Loading the game, press Ctrl + G, and the PEC window will appear. There, search in the Games list "Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories", and select in the Cheats list the cheats you want to use. I'll use "Have all cards".



- Then, press F9 or "Send Cheats to Plugin". And a window will appear. When it closes, the cheats are working.

- Now, load the game, and if you go to Library you'll see all 722 cards. Save the game, and exit. Then, Crtl + G again, and click "Desactive Cheating". If you keep playing with the cheats, the game may crash.

What PEC do you have? Download this. I used that, so it should show YFM in the Games list.

lo i dont get all cards i only get 558 cards why?

That happened to my yesterday too. Don't know why. I got 522 cards as much.

But I tried it once again and it worked correctly. Try it many times. If it doesn't work, then there's another way.

I've changed the cheats with the PEC Editor, and I've created another cheats to get all 722.



What you have to do is apply the cheats 001-100, 101-200... but not all at once. Apply two as much every time. If you apply all at once it doesn't work, I got 356 cards. ¬¬'

So apply two cheats, check you got all the cards you selected, save, exit the saved game, deactivate cheats, and apply two again. Repeat it until you apply all. But remember: apply, save, deactivate... or the game will crash for cheats overdose.

Download this file and copy it in your ePSXe folder. It'will ask you for overwrite. Overwrite it, but make a copy of the original (change its extension for .inf_old). The PEC will use the file named "Codelist.inf", so don't change its name.
