CRYSIS PROBLEM FPS DROPPED HELP ME!!! |
|
Hello,
I just installed my new system and runned some crysis benchmarks. I got this : 1920x1200 2xAA ULTRA HIGH DX10 FPS MIN: 20.18 FPS MAX: 61.44 FPS AVG: 36.15 Suddenly in 1 day my fps dropped. I dont know why. I reinstalled my drivers... nothing worked. i reinstalled my pc... still no result. Now i get: FPS MIN: 14.12 FPS MAX: 31.86 FPS AVG: 25.34 How is this possible? My system: GPU: HD4850X2 2GB CPU: PHENOM II 940 X4 BE @ 3.5 GHz MOTHERBORD: 790 CHIPSET MEMORY: 4 GB DDR2 Hyper X On the motherboard is an 3300 inboard video card. Along with the hd 4850x2 2gb this is in hybrid crossfire x. Someone know how this all is possible? and how do i check if the 3300 is really in hybrid crossfire x? with kind regards Arjan maas,

If they were originally that high, then either something happened to the hardware, or there is a software/driver issue.
I know you said you reinstalled your drivers, but did you upgrade before that happened? Maybe the newer driver lowered it for some reason (though I doubt that). I wonder if maybe something happened to your GPU, like damage (caused by excess heat?) or something. -------------------
