Who else is really looking forward to this arcade release? I can't wait. It's going to be great to be able to play this over Live, and track your wins/losses etc. I just hope it's not too expensive.

i am. looks quality. i hope its 800 points at the most to be honest. since you can pick up the actual game on its original console for like a pound

I'm not sure off the top of my head but anytime soon. I'm sure they said May a while ago.

I'm actually looking forward for Street Fighter. I've been a fan since 1994. One of the first games I ever played.

I'm looking forward to this but I can see them charging 1200 points for it because its so popular. Thats expensive for for. Hopefully it won't go past 800 points.

Earli they are releasing a disc with the most popular arcade games on it. SFII isn't released in time but when they make another disc, it could be on that as it will be popular. So you still might be able to get it mate.

800 points is cheap to me. You can't exactly play people online with the other copies. Plus with this you get achievements, and it is upgraded visually and all that crap.

"Upgraded visually" doesn't mean much for a 2D side scroller.

Look at Frogger. I don't think I've read or heard anyone say, "That game looks amazing graphically."

That's true but I think the best reason to buy it is the online side of things. I know you can pick this game up anywhere for pennies but this has got full online modes.

^ Exactly. I wasn't trying to say people will buy it just because it is upgraded visually, which it is. It is just a nice addition. Frogger was not really improved upon much whereas Street Fighter is.

I've played Street Fighter and I can tell you, it's just brighter and the colors are more indepth. You won't find Next-Gen technology on this game, so... once again... upgraded visually is just a selling point.

The online is ALWAYS going to make the Arcade games worth more than their previous-gen console counter parts.

People will be playing this and Ultimate Mortal Kombat for a long time to come.

I won't be getting this. I'm not a big fan of the Street Fighter games so I won't be spending 800 points on it, even if the achievements are easy.
