I have completed the single mode in 3 different characters at level 4 difficulty, what level is needed to unlock hidden characters?

there was a code I did to unlock all the characters. I'll try to find it

Unlock All Fighters
On the title screen, press LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A, UP.

Unlock All Modes
On the title screen, press A, UP, A, L, R, RIGHT, L, RIGHT, A, DOWN, RIGHT.

Now press L, RIGHT, A, R, UP,L, RIGHT, B, A, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT.

i found out those cheats first, so thank me not him, if it wasn't for me you wouldn't have got all characters.

unless you made the game there is no way you found those codes first.

I'm going nuts trying to find unlock all characters cheat for ps1! Been all over the net an all i can get is gba code please help!!? ps has anyone herd that in the original street fighter you can throw the stone on chun li's level? it true or a heao a rubbish?
