How they get away with it? Simple...you don't see the death. The "kill" is in your mind and that is why it is a moral dilemma.

The harvesting scene is basically you picking up a little sister, the screen becomes a green mist which then reveals a slug and no little sister (not even a body) which then you "inject" into your own body.

Now if they shown the gorey detail of killing a little sister then the game would more or less be on hold like Manhunt 2

Also there is a simple fact the game is already rated 18+ and like Sion said, digital 3D models. Which yes this is about to end up in another rant about "easily offended parents" and those that blame videogames for "corrupting their children"...but I will spare you that one

You don't actually kill them. You just harvest adams from then, which in turns ends up killing them...if you look at it that way..sadisticly..

well, i guess you kill the little sister for a good cause, and its nothing too graphic and its your choice if you want to keep her alive or not.

Robert Ninja, you are right, this concept of all women are virgins and sex is a male invention that makes men only care about sex and it corrupts all women is the biggest bull in the world. But there is a game where you can kill little boys "Fallout 2" but you get a title "child killer" and no "good" person will interact with you in the game. Though I must say the kids do steal money from you and you are never aware unless you go in your inventory and check. But, in regards to violence in general, we are super-saturated to get our minds off of sex, that is why it is so prevalent, just some pop-sociology for any nerd out there... ahaha, they are everywhere on the net
